Ministerial The Minister of Defence, Mr F. Jones, will arrive in Dunedin by air this afternoon. He will return north on Tuesday morning. _ _ The Minister of Works, Mr R. Semple, who is to announce the 10-year works Sian for Otago on Monday, will arrive y car from the north to-morrow.

Mr 7. T Burrows, rector of the Waitaki Bovs’ High School, is visiting Dunedin. He attended the annual meeting of the Dunedin branch of the Waitaki Old Boys’ Association last night.
