WOMEN’S CLUB
The Literary Circle of the Otago Women’s Club met in the lounge last Tuesday evening. A talk on the life of Charles Kingsley was given by the chairwoman, Miss Grace Farnle, who read several extracts from Kingsley's works The following members contributed items to the programme:—Mesdames C. Benzoni, L. Beaumont, Wakefield Holmes, A. A. Fairbairn, Malcolm. Misses Mary Ross. A McDougall. and Peggy Green.
