INTERIM GOVERNMENT
THE PROPOSAL FOR INDIA NEGOTIATIONS TO BE RESUMED (Rec. 9 p.m.) LONDON, July 25. Viscount Wavell is reported to have revived negotiations with the major Indian parties for the early creation of an interim central Government, says Reuter's New' Delhi correspondent. It is believed that he discussed the subject with Pandit Nehru two days ago, and will send an official letter to Nehru and Mr Jinnah.
