ELECTORAL COMMITTEE
MEAT PRODUCERS’ BOARD NOMINATIONS RECEIVED The following Otago, Southland and South Canterbury nominations have been received for the election of delegates to represent these districts on the Electoral Committee of the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board:— Otago (three required)—Messrs John Andrew (Hyde), G. M. Love (Heriot), W. Malcolm (Oamaru), W. A. Yardley (Heriot). Southland (three required)—Messrs W. L. Cunningham (Dipton West), I. G. Fraser (Wright’s Bush), G. A. Hamilton (Lumsden). H. P, Mclntyre (Gore). South Canterbury (one required)— Mr G. B. Baker (Cave). A postal ballot will be conducted in the districts where the number of nominations exceeds the number of delegates required. The Electoral Committee will assemble in Wellington on August 23, 29, and 30 to consider the twenty-fourth annual report of the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board, and to elect two producers’ representatives on the board, for which the following nominations have been received:—Messrs D. H. Cockburn (Queenstown), J. R. L. Hammond (Rata), J. D. Ormond (Waipukurau).
