INVITATIONS ISSUE
THE PEACE CONFERENCE COMPROMISE LIKELY (Rec. 1 a.m.) PARIS, July 8. The time for to-day’s meeting of the Foreign Ministers was changed from 3 p.m. to 10.30 a.m. G.M.T. A full session has been planned, and it is expected to disclose whether new instructions have been received from Moscow on the question of ending the deadlock which is preventing the arrangement of the Peace Conference. The Exchange'Telegraph correspondent said Mr Molotov is believed to have communicated with Moscow, as a result of which Mr Bevin and Mr Byrnes expect a compromise on the question of invitations.
