ARRIVAL DELAYED
ATOM BOMB TEST WITNESSES (P.A.) AUCKLAND, July 7. The Skymaster aircraft which was to have arrived at Auckland to-day with a party of American scientists and observers who were present for the atom bomb test at Bikini Atoll, has been delayed and is now due to-morrow afternoon. General Stilwell, who earlier was reported to be with the party, is not on board. The party is expected to spend two days in Auckland, leaving for Wellington on Wednesday.
