(Spl.) AUCKLAND. July 7. The profit cf the New Zealand Farmers' Fertiliser Company, Ltd., for the year ended May 31, was £3693 higher at £21,741. An ordinary dividend of 5 per cent, is recommended compared with 4 per cent, each year' since 1942, when it was reduced from 6 per ceht. This requires £13,100. The usual preference dividend of 5i ner cent, (final 23 per cent.), requires £7425. Both dividends are payable on Augusi 22 The dividend appropriations and a loss of £sll on Government war loans leave £704 to increase the carry forward to £32,430
