CONFERENCE OF MEN’S SOCIETY (PA) NAPIER. June 12. The first business, session of the Dominion conference of the Church of England Men's Society opened in Napier this morning, when over 100 delegates from all parts of the Dominion were given a civic welcome. The Bishop of Aotearoa, the Right Rev. F. A Bennett addressed the opening session The following officers .vere elected:— Vice-presidents. Archdeacon Rich (Wellington), and Mr Joseph Snell (Lower Hutt): Dominion secretary, the Rev. Austin Charles (Petone); treasurer, Mr O. A Welch (Wadestown); auditor. Mr A. McGregor (Wadestown).
