HILL AND PLUMMER LTD.
(Special) AUCKLAND, June 11. An increased dividend of 7J per cent, (final 41 per cent.) is being recommended by Hill and Plummer, Ltd. Last year’s dividend was 7 per cent. The net profit for the year ended April 30 was £52 higher at £4630 The directors report an increase of £15,782 in sales, but state that owing to the reduced margin the profits were not correspondingly greater. The net result was also adversely affected by increased overhead charges, particularly wages.
