UNREST IN PARAGUAY
EFFORT TO OUST GOVERNMENT BUENOS AIRES, June 10. At least five members of the Paraguayan Army were killed in what Paraguayan sources in Buenos Aires said was apparently an unsuccessful attempt to oust the Government of the President, General Moringo. Details are lacking, except for two brief communiques which filtered through the Paraguayan censorship. The first asserted that General Moringo had “ reassumed ” command of the army, the second that order was restored after two officers and three enlisted men were killed in a clash at Camp Grande.
