WOMAN’S DEATH
STRUCK BY TRAM CAR
Mrs Janet Harwood, a widow, aged 73 who was admitted to Hospital on Monday night with injuries to her head and chest, received when she wan struck by a tramcar in King Edward street, died at 2.10 a.m. yesterday An inquest was opened yesterday morning Mr H W. Bundle, S.M.. sitting as coroner and after evidence of identification had been given it was adjourned sine die.
