PASSPORTS REFUSED

AUSTRALIAN TENNIS PLAYERS MINISTER’S DECISION SYDNEY, Map. 28. The Minister of Immigration, Mr A. A,. Calwell, will not issue passports for the Australian lawn tennis teams to go to Wimbledon this year. This was announced at a special meeting of the Lawn Tennis Association of Australia, which was called to discuss the invitation from the Wimbledon officials.
