i'cre the war he was captain of Leicestershire. The change is because he is now in business at Birmingham. Dempster came to England with the New Zealand teams in 1927 and 1931, and returned to play for the late Sir Julien Cahn’s eleven and qualified for Leicestershire in 1936.
