ASSEMBLY DELEGATES FRENCH AND RUSSIAN (Rec. 10 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 4. The French delegation to the United Nations’ Organisation General Assembly consists of M. Bidault, M. Vincent Auriol, Minister of State, and M. Billoux, Minister of National Economy, also a number of deputies and advisers, including M. Jouhaux, secretary of the Confederation Generale du Travail (French Trade Union Council). Russia’s delegation will be Mr Vyshinsky, Mr Gromyko, Mr Guesev, Mr Larvrentiuvi. a member of the Council of People’s Commissars, and Mr Vassili Kuznetsov, chairman of the Central Council of Trade Unions, who was head of the Russian delegation to the World Trades Union Conference in London last year.
