RESOLUTION The Mosgiel Borough Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to lay out new streets on those parts of Section 8 Block 111 East Taieri District of a total area of 1 rood 24 poles delineated on the plan annexed hereto and thereon coloured red and for such purpose to take such lands under the provisions of The Municipal Corporations Act 1933 and The Public Works Act 1928.
