RUMANIAN GOVERNMENT
QUESTION OF RECOGNITION ADVICE TENDERED TO KING LONDON, Jan. 2. The British-American-Russian diplomatic commission, comprised of a\r Archibald Clark Kerr, Mr W. A. Harriman, and M. Vyshinsky, has begun formally to tender advice to King Michael on the steps to be taken to satisfy the prerequisites to recognition of the Rumanian Government, reports the Associated Pi ess correspondent at Bucharest. , . A broad outline of the steps to be taken is laid down in, a Moscow comnumique. The commission anticipntos that its job of helping Rumania to broaden her Government will be completed in a few days. A number of Rumanian Government officials a„tended the conference between the King and the commission.
