DELEGATES RETURN FROM OVERSEAS (P.A.) AUCKLAND, Jan. 1. After having been absent from New Zealand for nearly three months, Mr A. W. Galbraith, chairman of the New Zealand Standards Institute, and Mr E. H. Langford, consumers’ representative on the New Zealand Standards Institute, arrived in Auckland from Sydney by flying boat to-day after representing the Dominion at the United Nations Standards Co-ordina-tion Conference at New York in October, and a British Commonwealth conference on standards held in London in November. >
