MR FRASER IN LONDON
LABOUR PAPER'S TRIBUTE (Rec. 1 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 31. The whole Labour movement in Britain will give Mr Fraser the heartiest welcome, says the Daily Herald in a leader. Mr Fraser, when playing a notable part In San Francisco in forming the United Nations’ organisation, spoke only for a small nation, but his influence was large and his was the voice of true internationalism.
