LOAN FROM CANADA
BRITISH NEGOTIATIONS NEW YORK, Dec. 23. The Herald-Tribune’s pttawa correspondent says that British treasury officials, early in January, are expected to commence negotiations for a Canadian loan of possibly 1,500,000,000 dollars. 6t interest not exceeding two per cent.
