TREATY WITH RUSSIA
RATIFIED BY HUNGARY (Rec. 9.20 p.m.) BUDAPEST, Dec. 22. The Hungarian Supreme Council ratified the Russian-Hungarian commercial treaty after the Political Committee of the National Assembly amended the original exclusive clauses to leave open the possibility of Hungary concluding similar treaties with other countries. . _. , ni Britain and America on October 21 reported that they had protested against the treaty, which Moscow announced on August 19.
