A WARTIME DEVELOPMENT WASHINGTON,, (Rec. 10.5 p.m.) , ~ Dec. 23. The army revealed the war-time development of an electronics weather detector by which a storm can be picked up 2000 miles distant and plotted to an accuracy of two degrees.
