EXONERATED BY COURT
MURDERER OF DARLAN (Rec. 9.40 p.m.) PARIS, Dec. 22. The Appeal Court at Algiers exonerated Fernand Bonnier de la flhapelle, the 20-year-old de Gaullist, who was executed for murdering Admiral Darlan on Christmas Day, 1942. The judge said the discovery of documents after the liberation showed that Darlan was s acting contrary to the interests of France.
