BRITISH EXPORTS PROHIBITED LONDON, Dec.' 19. The Government has decided to prohibit the export to Spain not only of arms but also of goods of a semi-mili-tary character which might strengthen the Spanish armed forces, said the Minister of State, Mr Noel Baker, in the House of Commons.
