NEW AWARD ISSUED BY COURT

Provision for a five-day week of 40 hours, the daily hours not to exceed eight, is made in the Burnside cement workers’ award, which has been issued by the Court of Arbitration. The working hours are to be between 7.30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on five days of the week, from Monday to Friday inclusive.
