OPERATIONS IN ITALY BISHOP’S HOME RAIDED (Rec. 9.30 p.m.) ROME, Dec. 16. Gangsters 10 to 16 years of age are troubling the Italian police, who are trying to check the crime wave, says the Associated Press of America correspondent. A band of boys which had stolen 10 tons of dried fruit from Rome markets was broken up by the Carabinieri. Thirty were arrested. Another band of 40 which was rounded up committed scores of robberies, including a raid on a Bishop’s home.
