CARR— STABLES.—On November 21, 1945, at Mornington Baptist Church, by Pastor T. C. Gibbs. Joyce Irene, only daughter of Mr and Mrs A. W. Stables, jun. to Flight Lieutenant Albert Kenneth, eldest son of Mr and Mrs R. W. Carr. GUTHRIE MACDONALD. The marriage took place on Thursday, December 6, at Chalmers Presbyterian Church, Timaru. by the Rev. P. Gladstone Hughes, of Mary Joyce, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs Peter Macdonald, Timaru, to Bruce Harrison, 'elder son of Mr and the late Mrs H. J. Guthrie, of Anderson s Bay, Dunedin.
