THE BELGIAN ZONE
(Rec. 8 p.m.) BRUSSELS, Dec. 12. The Belgian Foreign Minister, M. Spaak, on his return from London, said an agreement had been reached on the delimitation of the Belgian occupation zone in Germany. The zone would be within the British zone.
