CLOUDY AND COLD Forecast for Otago.—The following official weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensuing 24 hours, was issued at. 5 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— Situation.—A depression is centred in the South Taranaki Bight.
