DIVORCE CASES
In tire Supreme Court yesterday morning his Honor Mr Justice Kennedy granted a decree nisi in the case of Matilda Evelyne Scott (Mr F. W. McElrea) v. Walter Joseph Scott, on the grounds of adultery. An application by Alexander John Leslie (Mr C. L. Calvert) for the restitution of conjugal rights was granted.
