Sir,—” No Victory Bonds ” states the people have no confidence in the present Government. I would like to know very much just what position he holds to qualify him to speak on behalf of the people interested in the Victory Loan. Does “ No Victory Bonds ” remember that when this Government conscripted manpower ii stated it would conscript wealth too, if necessary? Conscription of wealth would suit quite a lot, perhaps even “ No Victory Bonds.”—l am, etc., Now Then. Palmerston, June 12. ■»
