BURROW.—On May 22, at Napier (suddenly), Arthur, beloved second son of the late Nurse Burrow and brother of Frank and Herbert. Deeply mourned. ELLIS.—On May 23, 1945, at the residence of her niece, Mrs C. Kerr, 28 Mount street, Wakari, Mary Tragear, loved daughter of the late Thomas and Alice Ellis; in her seventy-first year. McKINLAY, Ernest.—At Sydney, May 22 (suddenly), dearly beloved second son of the late Robert and Euphemia McKinlay, of 189 Leith street, and loved brother of Jessie. Mary, Mrs W. F. Sutton, Mrs L. E. Brown and Robert. “So loved, so mourned.”
SUTHERLAND.—On May 22, 1945, at Benmore, William Manson, dearly beloved husband of Isabel Sutherland, and youngest son of James and the late Annie Sutherland, Benmore.—The Funeral will leave his late residence, Benmore, To-morrow (Friday), at 12.30 p.m., for the Kurow Cemetery.—Stringer and Wilson, funeral directors, Oamaru.
THOMSON.—On May 23, 1945, at his residence, 73 Kaikorai Valley road, 2370 William Heywood, late Ist A.1.F., beloved husband of Christina Mary Thomson, and loved father of Mary. Private interment. Hugh Gourley, Ltd., funeral directors.
