NO GOVERNMENT STATEMENT (Rec. 1.15 a.m.) LONDON, May 22
The Jugoslav Telegraph Agency in London says it is authorised to state that the Belgrade radio announcement about Jugoslavia offering to negotiate with Italy about Trieste was not a Government statement, but an editorial in a Belgrade newspaper. The Agency adds that the Jugoslav Government has given no statement over the Belgrade radio. /
