AN ESTIMATE prepared and approved by the Maniototo County Council, pursuant to Section 2, Sub-section 4, of “ The Counties' Amendment Act, 1931," showing the period commenc.ng on the Ist day of April, 1945, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1946. 1. PUBLIC NOTICE is Hereby Given that it Is the intention of the Maniototo County Council, at its next meeting, to be held on the 15th day of June, 1945, to make and levy a ' General Rate of One and Five-eighths Pence (lid) in the Pound £ on the capital Value ’ of all the rateable property appearing upon the Valuation Rolls of the said County; a uniform annual charge of ONE POUND TEN SHILLINGS (£1 10s) for the Removal of Rubbish and THREE POUNDS (£3) for each and every SANITATION SERVICE in the RANFURLY TOWNSHIP AREA. SUCH RATES and CHARGES shall be fir the period commencing on the FIRST day of APRIL, 1945, and ending on the THIRTY-FIRST day of MARCH, 1946, and shall be due and payable in ONE SUM at the County Office, Pery street, Ranfurlv. on the isth day of- August, 1945.
