DRASTIC PENALTIES
DETERRENT TO FASCISTS (Rec. 9.30 p.m.) RUGBY, May 19. An official decree has been issued in Milan, providing penalties up to 30 years' imprisonment for any attempt to resurrect the Fascist Party, reports the Exchange-Telegraph’s Zurich correspondent. Anyone responsible for instigating civil war will be given a life term.
