SPANISH PRETENDER
MANIFESTO TO PEOPLE LONDON. Mar. 22.
Lon Juan, the pretender to the Spanish throne, has issued a manifesto to all Spaniards, stating that General Franco will be asked to relinquish power in order to open the way for the return of the traditional Spanish regime. Don Juan pledges that, if he becomes king he will seek to form a political constitution by popular vote.
