JAPANESE ATTACK
ACTION IN INDO-CHINA
(Rec 10 p.m.) LONDON, Mar. 23. The Japanese have launched a major attack against the French line between Tienyen and Moncay in Eastern Tongking, says a French communique. The Japanese are meeting determined resistance from French troops, mainly sharpshooters.
