ONLY TWISTED SHELLS
JAPANESE AIRCRAFT CARRIERS
DAMAGED IN INLAND SEA WASHINGTON, Mar. 21.
Many Japanese warships were so badly damaged in the Inland Sea battle that only their twisted shells remained, according to reports to headquarters on Guam to-day, says the United Press correspondent. He adds that it is possible that the carriers were the last ones the Japanese Navy had in the service.
