— BECOMING UNSETTLED Forecast for Otago. The following official weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensuing 24 hours, was issued at 5 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— Situation.—An anti-cyclone Is centred east of the North Island, and a deep depression is south of the Tasman Sea. Forecast to 5 p.m. To-day.—Mode-rate to strong north-easterly to northerly winds, probably changing to south-westerly in the afternoon; weather cloudy and mild at first, but showers developing with the wind change. Further Outlook.—Rather unsettled. Weather in Dunedin.—Pleasantly warm conditions prevailed in Dunedin yesterday, and there was a light breeze from the north-east. The barometer fell slightly during the day, the leading at midnight being 29.86 inches (1011 millibars).
