TREATY OF FRIENDSHIP IMPROVEMENT REQUIRED (Rec. 11.45 p.m.) LONDON, Mar. 21. The Moscow radio announced that Mr Molotov informed the Turkish Ambassador that the Soviet desires to terminate the Russian-Turkish Treaty of Friendship and Neutrality of 1925 because it no longer corresponds to present requirements and needs considerable improvement.
