ARGENTINA’S POLICY
A DECLARATION OF WAR? (Rec. 7 p.m.) NEW YORK, Mar. 19. The Argentine Cabinet will meet tomorrow, shortly after which it is expected to declare acceptance of the Chapultepec proposals, states the Buenos Aires correspondent of the New York Herald-Tribune. A declaration of war against the Axis this week would enable Argentina to join the United Nations in time to participate in the San Francisco conference
