RESISTANCE IN INDO-CHINA
' PARIS, Mar. 19. The Japanese in Burma are faced with “a back-door threat” at a lime when their situation has become extremely difficult, according to a communique from the National General Staff. “ The resistance of French troops in Indo-China is stiffening on the tenth day of the Japanese coup.” says the communique. Most of the French garrisons have been able to break contact with numerically superior Japanese forces.
