In (he Magistrate's Court yesterday before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M Judgment was given for the piaintifTs by default in the following cases:—F.A.M E. Insurance Co., Ltd., v J A Fraser, claim 12s 6d premium due, with costs (10s) Nimmo and Blair, Ltd., v R. J B. Ethridge, claim £8 3s Bd. for goods supplied with costs (£1 14s 6d).
