REPAIRS ALMOST COMPLETED (Rec 1 a.m.) LONDON. Mar. 19. Repairs to the Ludendorff Bridge at Remagen are almost completed and it is expected that it will be used again soon, say Allied correspondents at headquarters, cabling last night.
