The King and Queen, with Princess Elizabeth, visited two of the composite regiments of the Household Cavaliy the other day. states The Times. Four armoured cars, four scout cars, and eight motor cyclists provided the royal escort, the war-time equivalent of the Sovereign's escort of peace days.
