THE WRAPPING OF BREAD

Sir.—A lot is being said about breadwrapping and a great many excuses made (or not wrapping it. Make them wrap it, I say. One wholesale and retail baker in town has never given paper and would not, wrap bread up if requested to do so. Yet the retail store lie serves can wrap it and never a word, yet they are only getting Jd a loaf, whereas the baker had both tlie wholesale and retaiT profit. But for the fact, that his bread is the best, in town he would have fared badly. Have the bread rolled up by all means, forciblv or otherwise.—l am, etc., March 17. Normanby.
