MARSHAL STALIN
POSSIBLE LONDON VISIT* LONDON, Mar. 14. Marshal Stalin may stay at Buckingham Palace if he comes to London, says the Sunday Express. In the past only royalty and heads of States have stayed at the palace. Marshal Stalin, although Russia’s war leader, is not technically head of the country. That role is filled by President Kalinin. Officials at the Foreign Office said the palace, however, probably would set a precedent in Marshal Stalin’s case. After a few days at the palace he would go to the Russian Embassy.
