KOREAN GOVERNMENT
RECOGNISED BY FRANCE (Rec. 11 p.m.) CHUNGKING, Mar. 17. The Korean Foreign Minister, Mr Tso Jowang, announced that France, which had recognised the Korean Provisional Government at Chungking, was the first nation to do so. He appealed to others to follow suit, and said his regime would insist on representation at San Francisco.
