PUBLIC NOTICES Election of crown tenants’ REPRESENTATIVE, CANTERBURY LAND BOARD. In submitting myself for Election to the above scat, I would assure all Crown Tenants that I have a full knowledge and appreciation of their many and varied problems. I have been a Crown Tenant for 24 years, being an original soldier settler on the Bankfield Settlement, St. Andrews, and previous to this worked in various parts of Canterbury on all types of farms. For many years I was a Branch Secretary and an Executive Member of the New Zealand Crown Tenants' Association. and my Nomination is Supported by the South Canterbury, Geraldine, and Temuka R.S.A.’s. With these, qualifications and such support I confidently appeal to all Crown Tenants, the Smallholder and Dairyman, the Agriculturist and Mixed Farmer, the High and Low-country Sheepman, the Ex-Serviceman and Civilian,' to Record their Voles in My Favour. I assure all that, if elected, I will do my utmost to assist everyone and spare no cfTort to ensure that Land Board decisions are .iust and satisfactory to Crown Tenants, and will us.e my practical experience and sympathetic understanding of Returning Servicemen to assist their successful rehabilitation on the land.
