KILLED IN ACTION
MARQUESS OF LANSDOWNE LONDON, Jan. 4. The death in action in the field is announced of Lord Charles Hope Fitzmaurice, seventh Marquess of Lansdowne, and twenty-eighth Earon of Kerry and Lixnow, aged 27. His brother, Lord Edward Norman Fitzmaurice, was killed in action last August. The heir to the title is his cousin, Mr G. J. Mercer-Nairne, eldest son of Lady Violet Astor.
