NEW COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF (Rec. 1 a.m.) LONDON. Jan. 4. The Oslo radio announced that Lieu-tenant-general Rendulice has succeeded General Falkenhorst as German com-mander-in-chief in Norway. Rendulice organised the German evacuation from Finland to Norway.
